Did you create a HTTP Server shared resource and bind it in the Soap Service?

(i am new to tibco)

 

no, however when doing the helloworld example the shared resource creation was after compile time and during deploy time.... i never got that far.

 

if i misunderstood you; please explain.

Shared resource is required at designtime also. You have an option to import the same designtime shared resources while doing deployment or you can choose to create a different shared resource in administrator and over-ride the designtime one.

The tib_amx_service_grid_getting_started.pdf has details on pg96 about Creating the HTTP Shared Resource and Shared Resource Profile. Could you please try this out and let me know if you can proceed. If you get any issues, please get back to me,

 

You could also import the projects from <Matrix_home>\amx\2.1\samples\amsg\EmployeeVacation into your workspace. You could just open a new workspace and then file->import->general->existing projects into workspace and then choose the above folder and be sure to check the "copy projects into workspace" checkbox. This way the original projects in the installation will be intact. Once imported, you could compare the projects with the ones you created.

thanx so much... that was the problem.... once i created the shared resource and rebuilt the project... it fixed the error
