problem while starting iProcess enginee

Hi

Good morning

When I start the iprocess enginee it is started successfully.

When I click on the iprocess workspace window it ask the user name and password

When I give the USERNAME : HARSHAD and Password : swamibapa

It give the error like

L042: failed to connect to the network listner services; Tibco iprocess server/network service not running (or incorrect network service number)

After that I check in services menu ----that rpc service is running , ems is running ,

And when I check using swsvrmgr status -v it give the list of the process in which all the process including rpc listner, rpc server, bg process

Wqis, wis all are shuting down.

Please give solution as soon as possible

Hi,

if swsvrmgr status -v delivers a Status "shuting down"you can't connect to iProcess Engine.

you need to startup the engine by using swstart or swstart -p (for Sentinals, too)

check with swsvrmgr status -v again afterwards.

If this doesn't work check the logfiles sw_warn and/or sw_error.

hi,

when i start enginee using swstart it will give error that , database connection problem data base does not running.

but i am able to login the database by using sql+. so any way my enginee is not started. and also there is not any entry in sw_warn file.

so how to correct this problem
