Do you see any exceptions in the Decision Manager console or DecisionManager/workspace/.metadata/.log file? Likewise, any errors on the server (RMS) side, in rms/logs? I assume you also followed all the steps to create your own project, you checked it out, then you created a new decision table that you are now trying to commit. That should work just fine. Is this with your own project? If not, were you able to do the same thing with one of the example projects provided, such as the Credit Card Example?
