We're trying out a new Linux installation of BusinessWorks. I tried creating a simple BW project with Designer 5.5 but when I attempt to add a process definition I get this error in the console:
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: COM/TIBCO/hawk/ami/AmiMethodInterface
Note that I seem to be able to add other things (transport configuration, database conenctions, etc.) with no problems at all.
Our TIBCO administrator is stumped and tells me he didn't set up anything special but everything seems to be working for him. I've been digging through the docs and forms but haven't found anything useful thus far. I found some reference to some environment variables to be set up for TIB_DESIGNER_HOME and LD_LIBRARY_PATH which I followed but nothing so far seems to be working.
All comments appreciated. I feel like there's something basic I'm missing.
